FREE UK delivery* on most orders of £50 and over. Click & Collect available.
£4.95 UK delivery* on orders under £50.

£30 USA & Canada - Small/medium shippable products.

*excludes larger items including furniture, mirrors, pictures, some lighting and non-stock items. Worldwide shipping available, please contact us if the shipping cost isn't shown at checkout. 

Delivery information for each product can be found on the individual product page. Standard UK delivery is 2-3 working days. Delivery is Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 9:00pm.
If you order larger items including furniture we'll call or email you to discuss delivery. Details and costs are on the product page.
If next working day is available for your order, we'll offer you the option at checkout. Orders must be placed before 12:00 on a working day. For smaller items the cost is £7.95 for next working day delivery.
We can't guarantee next day delivery to a small number of remote areas. Please call or email if you would like to confirm your postcode.
Delivery to BFPO addresses is not possible.
Deliveries to multiple addresses will incur additional delivery charges.
Most items are in stock, however some items may need to be ordered specially for you. This will be displayed on the product information page.
