Luxury Candles, Diffusers & Home Fragrance | Barnbury

Fraud prevention & claims policy
We are a small independent business, and we have seen a sharp rise in false product claims and attempts to obtain goods without paying. We can't afford to absorb these losses, so we take the following steps:
– Order checks. We may carry out security checks on orders before dispatch, and we may cancel and fully refund any order we can't verify.
– Delivery. Goods are sent only to the delivery address entered on the order. We can't change addresses after purchase. Orders will be sent signed-for, and we keep proof of delivery.
– Every batch is quality-checked by the manufacturer. If you report a problem, we may have your exact batch tested.
– To report a problem, please email shop@barnbury.com with your order number and photos. Keep the bottle, fragrance, sticks and packaging. We may ask for these to be returned for inspection, including by the manufacturer.
– False claims. We report suspected false claims and fraudulent orders to Action Fraud, our payment providers and the relevant authorities.
These procedures do not affect your statutory consumer rights, including your right to cancel within 14 days of delivery and your rights if a product is faulty.

Immerse Your Senses: The Barnbury Luxury Home Fragrance Collection

Immerse your senses in the Barnbury Home Fragrance Collection, featuring a masterfully curated selection of luxury candles, reed diffusers, and room sprays. We believe that scent is the final layer of interior design, capable of defining the atmosphere and soul of a home. As an authorised UK stockist of the world’s most prestigious fragrance houses, we bring you legendary names such as Trudon—the oldest candle maker in the world and former supplier to the French royal court.

Our collection also features the exquisite botanical scents of Carrière Frères and the handcrafted elegance of Dr. Vranjes Firenze, renowned for their alcohol-free formulations and sophisticated Florentine heritage. Whether you are seeking a signature scented candle for your sitting room, a long-lasting luxury diffuser for a hallway, or a refreshing room spray, each fragrance in our range offers an unparalleled olfactory experience.

Choosing the Right Fragrance Format for Your Space

Selecting the perfect home fragrance depends on the desired intensity and the specific room you wish to transform:

Scented Candles: Ideal for creating a focused, atmospheric glow and a rapid scent throw. Perfect for evening relaxation in living areas or as a centerpiece for dining tables.
Reed Diffusers: The best choice for continuous, "background" fragrance. Since they require no flame, they are the safest option for hallways, guest rooms, and bathrooms.
Room Sprays: Designed for an instant burst of aroma. Use these to refresh a space before guests arrive or to layer scent over existing diffusers.

Expert Scent Layering and Home Styling

At Barnbury, we view home fragrance as an extension of our interior design studio. To create a truly bespoke environment, we recommend "scent mapping" your home. Choose invigorating citrus or green botanical notes for kitchens and workspaces, while opting for deep, woody, or resinous ambers for libraries and bedrooms. By layering different formats—such as a Trudon candle with a matching room spray—you can create a complex, professional-grade fragrance profile that lingers beautifully
