    Caring for Your Jewellery

Our jewellery is crafted from 925 sterling silver and coated with 14k or 18k gold plating, including vermeil, designed to last for many years. Please note that with continuous wear—especially rings—the gold plating or vermeil may naturally wear over time. This is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by refunds, as it does not indicate a fault in the product.

To help maintain the beauty and longevity of your gold-plated and vermeil jewellery, we recommend the following care tips:

    • Remove jewellery before washing, showering, or swimming. Water and chemicals can shorten the lifespan of the plating.

    • Put your jewellery on last when getting ready. Makeup, perfume, hairspray, and lotions can affect the finish and shine.

    • Avoid polishing agents or abrasive liquids. These can damage the plating and reduce its lifespan.

Following these simple steps will help your jewellery stay radiant and beautiful for as long as possible.
