Recommended format for environments of different sizes:

• Up to 3-4 square meters → 1 bottle of 250 ml
• Up to 7-8 square meters → 1 bottle of 500 ml
• Up to 14-15 square meters → 1 bottle of 1250 ml
• Up to 20-25 square meters → 1 bottle of 2500 ml
• • Up to 30-35 square meters → 1 bottle of 5000 ml

For large rooms, it is recommended to use multiple diffusers placed at strategic points in the room.

For optimal diffusion of the fragrance, place the diffuser in the center of the room or in a transition area. RETURNS - Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please email us so that we can confirm the return is eligible before sending.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns on products that are intimate such as earring, bespoke, custom-made or special orders. MORE

Fraud prevention & claims policy

We are a small independent business, and we have seen a sharp rise in false product claims and attempts to obtain goods without paying. We can't afford to absorb these losses, so we take the following steps:

– Order checks. We may carry out security checks on orders before dispatch, and we may cancel and fully refund any order we can't verify.
– Delivery. Goods are sent only to the delivery address entered on the order. We can't change addresses after purchase. Orders will be sent signed-for, and we keep proof of delivery.
– Every batch is quality-checked by the manufacturer. If you report a problem, we may have your exact batch tested.
– To report a problem, please email shop@barnbury.com with your order number and photos. Keep the bottle, fragrance, sticks and packaging. We may ask for these to be returned for inspection, including by the manufacturer.
– False claims. We report suspected false claims and fraudulent orders to Action Fraud, our payment providers and the relevant authorities.

These procedures do not affect your statutory consumer rights, including your right to cancel within 14 days of delivery and your rights if a product is faulty.
