New Sock Collection Available In-store
Not all cottons are created equal - they are differentiated by the length of the fibre (or staple) - the tiny strands that makeup a raw piece of cotton. Our socks are crafted with extra-long staple cottons – the finest, most luxurious quality of cotton, renowned for its superior quality thanks to the length of its fibre. The cotton we use is sustainably and ethically sourced and grown.
The cotton we use is sustainably and ethically sourced and grown. Our dying process is Azo free and we never test on animals. We are also proactive in only sourcing and using sustainable packaging in all of our products.
The fibres that are used in the spinning of Supima are 50% longer than regular materials, making it extra soft since it's made up of the fluffiest part of the bulb. We source our Supima ethically and sustainably from the United States. Only 3% of cotton grown in the United States is Supima – so not only is the material softer and more durable, it is rarer than typical cottons too.
Mercerising the cotton increases luster, strength and smoothness as well as having antibacterial properties and a resistance to multiple washings. Keeping the colours of your socks bright and unchanged over time, they fray less, pill less, wrinkle less, and fade less than other lower quality cottons. Our Mercerised cotton is manually harvested, this allows the bulb to be selected at just the right degree of ripeness, ensuring a high-quality product every time as well as eliminating the use of defoliants which are harmful to the environment.
To make our socks even more special, they are made in the UK.
