Returns & Refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know within 14 days. Please email email@example.com and we’ll let you know how to return the item. Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Your refund will be processed to the original payment method used once items have been received and checked. Refunds do not include any delivery costs. You are responsible for returning the items, for any loss in transit and postage/insurance costs.
Products we're unable to refund, exchange or cancel
We can't offer refunds or exchanges on products which have been personalised, customised or specially ordered for you. Exempt items include made to order furniture, curtains, blinds, fabrics & wallpaper.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if can’t deliver in your area, if goods were listed at the incorrect price or if we don’t have stock to fulfill your order. We will process any refund as soon as possible to the original payment method and will not be responsible for any compensation.
